Backend Developer-Golang

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang • Build and manage microservices-based architecture • Develop and optimize REST / gRPC APIs • Integrate with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Work with message brokers for asynchronous processing and event-driven systems • Implement caching strategies to improve system performance • Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and observability • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning Requirements Backend & Languages • Strong hands-on experience with Golang • Good understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and memory management • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, service communication, and fault tolerance Databases • Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL • Strong knowledge of SQL, indexing, query optimization, and transactions • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.) is a plus Messaging & Streaming • Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ / Kafka / ActiveMQ • Understanding of event-driven architecture, message queues, and streaming concepts Caching & Performance • Experience using Redis for caching, pub/sub, or distributed locks DevOps & Infrastructure • Working knowledge of Docker for containerization • Experience deploying and managing services on Kubernetes • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Good to Have • Experience with Java or Scala or Node • Exposure to distributed systems, scalability patterns, and system design • Knowledge of observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Benefits •Be part of a growing technology-first organization transforming the insurance industry. •Enjoy a 5-day work week, a modern work environment, and cross-functional collaboration. •Competitive salary and performance-driven career growth. •Opportunity to work on challenging problems with cutting-edge tools and technologies
