Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, production-ready software applications. • Build frontend, backend, or full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and/or Golang. • Design and develop REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications. • Build reliable distributed systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability. • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and documentation. • Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging, and documentation. • Develop and integrate AI-powered features, workflows, and intelligent automation into applications. • Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, and machine learning services while ensuring security, monitoring, and reliability. • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices. Requirements Required Skills & Experience • ​ • 3–6 years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in at least one of React.js ,Node.js, Golang • Experience building applications using Microservices or Distributed System Architecture. • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, or event-driven systems. • Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, etc.). • Experience developing AI-enabled applications, such as: • AI-powered product features • LLM integrations • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • AI Agents • AI workflow automation • Good understanding of software engineering principles, testing, debugging, version control (Git), and CI/CD. • Ability to independently own features from design through deployment. • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native deployments. • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event-streaming platforms. • Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry. • Understanding of distributed systems concepts including scalability, fault tolerance, and concurrency. • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, or AI model evaluation. • Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and cost optimization. • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio are a plus.
